Come learn how the PTO is making an impact in our school and share your ideas. Your input and involvement matters and makes a difference. Everyone is welcome to join us! Meetings happen the second Tuesday of every month (check the PTO calendar for specific dates).
VIP + ME Dance Party
Friday, Oct. 24
6:30-8 p.m. | Cornelia Gym
Join us for a special evening of dancing, food, photo booth fun, and memories! This FREE event is open to all Cornelia students and their parents/guardians. Each student(s)must be accompanied by one parent or guardian - no drop offs. Party attire is encouraged but not required. Your RSVP helps us with our planning.
Cornelia Cruisers Fun Run
Saturday, Oct. 25
9-10 a.m. | Cornelia Playground
All ages are welcome for this a mile (or more) fun run on the Cruisers course. Second thru fifth graders can earn bonus laps on their official Cruisers card, and we'll have free snacks and prizes. Signup to help as a volunteer at this event.
Book Fair and Read-A-Thon: Reading is Our Superpower!
Read-a-thon ends on October 3 and our students are making great progress! We're challenging our students to read 260,000 minutes and raise $30,000 to support our school. Students are encouraged to read daily and track their minutes throughout the Readathon. More information.

YOUR DONATION SUPPORTS OUR SCHOOL
A $25 (suggested) contribution per family goes a long way towards providing the Cornelia PTO with funds we use throughout the year for things like teacher grants, teacher appreciation, and PTO activities and events. However, no financial contribution is required to join the PTO or participate in PTO-sponsored activities. We want all Cornelia families to participate in our school in whatever way they are able.
