The simple act of joining provides instant financial support for our students! It's also a great way to stay informed about what's happening at school, and connect in meaningful ways with other parents.

Some prefer a suggested donation: we recommend $25 per child

 

Annual School Contributions are a one-time per year family contribution with all donated dollars going directly to our PTO operating budget. The operating budget supports:

 

  • Learning platforms such as IXL, Scholastic News and Raz Kids
  • Cornelia Community Events - Ice Cream Social, Heritage Night, Movie Night, Science Fair, Springfest, etc.
  • Recognition and thank you events for faculty and staff
  • Student Need Fund - Clothing items for nurse, extra winter gear
  • Sponsored events and purchases for the greater Cornelia Community - Cornelia's playground enhancements, gardens and walkways, Doing Good Together event
